Our range covers the full aerospace material map: aluminium structures, titanium, stainless, hardened gear steels and heat-resistant superalloys (HRSA), across turning, milling, drilling, grooving and threading. Our headline HRSA product is NTK BIDEMICS, grades JX1 and JX3 are proprietary composite material that cut HRSA up to ten times quicker than carbide. Our nation-wide applications team runs on-site trials, cycle-time analysis and tooling-strategy reviews from prototype through to serial production.
