Nasmyth Henton specialises in the machining and fine grinding of large complex sectioned ring and prismatic components, typically in the 200mm to 2m range, for aircraft engine, marine engine, space, satellite and precision engineering sectors. Employing 65, Nasmyth Henton has the expertise and capability to produce parts in titanium, nimonic, stellite, aluminium and other exotic and high temperature alloys. Its manufacturing facility is equipped with CNC lathe technology as well as full 5-axis continuous path machining equipment; all testing and assembly is also undertaken at the company's Coventry site. Taking advantage of the most advanced production management technology, the company is able to import customer schedules into its ERP system and react immediately to changing customer demands.
