Our AGM and members networking meeting is taking place on 16 November and is a great place to hear about several projects that could benefit your company including...

✈️ Access to funding to support the development of aerospace and defence technologies as well diversify into the space industry and establish your network in this growing sector.

✈️ Collaborate with leading aerospace manufacturers to make supply chains more sustainable.

✈️ Get involved with the national SC21 supplychain improvement programme with the The Aerospace Growth Partnership.

We’ll also be announcing news of a new project to prepare our cities to maximise the benefits of drones, called ‘Drone Ready Cities’ (with Coventry City Council and the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology). If you’re looking to get into the rapidly growing urban air mobility market, you’ll want to know about it!

This year’s AGM will be hosted by MJ Sections Ltd in the company’s new factory in Halesowen. You’ll get to meet senior leaders from MJ sections and will have the opportunity to be one of the first to tour the factory as it has its grand opening just hours before our event!

In addition, you’ll hear from MAA Chief Executive Andrew Mair about the latest industry insights and our plans for supporting the Midlands aerospace cluster over the coming year. You’ll also be able to vote for our new directors. Plus, as usual, there will also be lots of opportunities to network with companies from across the region.
