More jobs at Bromford as growth continues

40 new posts globally in 2019 for Birmingham-based manufacturer

Bromford Industries has said the new roles, which will include apprenticeships and graduates, will support its growth plans.

Established in 2009 as part of a management buyout, Bromford manufactures a broad range of components and assemblies for aero engines, gas turbines, aircraft landing gear, static gas generators, nuclear components and specialist engineering applications, employing 402 people across the group.

The manufacturer has invested more than £18m in its UK facilities over the last three years and has increased its global headcount by in excess of 80 people in the last 12 months through organic growth and acquisitions in the US.

Head of HR Gemma Lunn said:

"A new careers portal to streamline and enhance the recruitment process has been introduced.

"We appreciate that it is a very competitive market to attract skilled and talented people, so we want to engage directly with potential recruits by providing an insight into 'Life at Bromford' on the Careers Page with links to our social media.

"All improvements to our recruitment process are aimed at ensuring the candidate journey is efficient and engaging."
