In this 1-hour educational webinar, Senior Consultant, Ian Davie and Business Development Executive, Esther Lawrence from TBAT Innovation, will highlight the key criteria for companies making a successful R&D Tax Credits claim.

Stan Payne, Technology Manager from the Midlands Aerospace Alliance, will also talk through how SME’s can be supported through the Aerospace Unlocking Potential programme.

R&D Tax Credits are a HMRC incentive, designed to inspire innovation within UK businesses, by rewarding them with a percentage of their expenditure as either Corporation Tax relief or a cash-repayment.

Many businesses are either unaware of their eligibility for the R&D Tax scheme or are under-claiming due to complex guidelines. As R&D Tax Specialists, TBAT aim to help as many businesses as possible realise that making a claim is hugely beneficial and to maximise every client’s claims.

We will cover:

• What are R&D Tax Credits

• Eligibility criteria for SME’s and Large Enterprises

• The benefits of making a claim

• Worked examples of claim value

• Key legislation to be aware of

• HMRC enquiry information

• Any questions you may have

Following this webinar, Ian & Esther will be available to continue chatting on a one-to-one basis, should you have any specific questions or would like to discuss R&D Tax further.
