The company, which has its UK operation in Lincoln, has invested 5% of its annual revenues for a decade.
Alan Morton, Sales Manager, said: "MinebeaMitsumi have invested in NMB Minebea UK Ltd of Lincoln at a rate of up to 5 per cent of sales revenue per year for the last 10 years.
"The NMB spherical bearing products manufactured in the Lincoln facility support the global aerospace industry on the latest projects and programmes including, the European Airbus A350 and the Airbus A320 aircraft engine, the US Boeing 787, and internationally, Embraer of Brazil, Irkut of Russia and COMAC of China.
"The investment at NMB Minebea UK Ltd has been in state of the art machine tools and facilities to make best practice manufacturing in this technological era, such as grinding and five axis machine tools, metal improvement processing and equipment, and site development in cellular manufacturing to facilitate work and handling.
"The former Rose Bearings of Saxilby, and earlier Gainsborough, has prospered through the engineering and manufacturing heritage of Lincolnshire.
"Infrastructure, education and training, governance and good counsel means that creativity and problem solving has grown in this environment, which has fostered technology and personal development to make available skills for the needs of today.
"This enables us to say of ourselves: 'The name may have changed but the position hasn't - leader.'."
